Needle Settings: High Speed: 2.5 turns out from fully closed Mixture Control (low speed): flush with ball link body Throttle Stop Screw: .5mm - 1mm open from fully closed COMMENTS: Some points on Slide Valve and Rotary carburetors- Rotary carbs offer a larger response in the middle of the engine's power band. This is desirable for off-road applications where throttle response must be varied. Slide Valve Carbs provide greater response at the beginning and end of the power band.
